WEBSITE VISIBILITY
Visitors see the yellow landing page until the owner launches. Owners and managers can privately preview the saved website. Preview registration is disabled.
Launching changes visibility on this installation only. It does not deploy to Google Cloud or configure DNS or email. Opening registration is controlled separately in Event details.

Changes update the website and booking pages. Existing tickets stay valid. Notify booked guests separately after saving.

VERSIONED DOCUMENTS
Create a draft, review it, then publish. Each registration keeps the versions acknowledged at booking.
Preview mode keeps messages here; it does not send email. “Sent” means accepted by the SMTP provider, not confirmed inbox delivery.

Send the generated invitation link directly to the approved person. It expires after 24 hours. Every account must enroll an authenticator.
AUTHORIZED EVENT RECIPIENTS ONLY
The deadline is seven days after the confirmed actual event end. Export contact, booking, attendance and acceptance records to the designated recipient before activating deletion.
